I have copied dec-8e-adafa-a-pa from DAFFT3, which claims to be the
same program.  However, the binary differs, and has a lot of SWBA
instructions that aren't in the binary that I had.

I'm not sure why this would be.  I did confirm that the binary I had is
essentially identical to DAFFT3.BN, except that a subroutine entry point 
has 03740 in the DAFFT3.BN instead of 0000.
