Cumulative Gaussian Distribution Curve Fitting

This a curve fitting program that will take a set of any
number of points with any spacing describing a cumulative
Gaussian distribution and determine the mean and standard
deviation by an iterative least squares differential-correction
technique. The mean square error of the final fitted curve is
also computed.
