This was retyped from decus-8-111-lst.pdf, then translated 
into a more PAL-like dialect.  In particular, none of the 
available assemblers can allocate literals or off-page 
references in the same way, so those were removed.

The .bin generated from the .pal does compare equal to 
the -pb.  (Note the kludge at the end, which relies on 
OREG and EXPRL being adjacent.  This was necessitated 
because the assembler apparently noticed it and saved 
generating a literal.)
