This routine schedules process control tasks in a real-time and
establishes operating priorities. The program occupies about
one-third of a 4096-word memory block and accomodates
any time during the display the program may be restarted by
eight major control tasks.

Minimum Hardware:
PDP-8 or PDP-8/S with a real-time
interrupt
