Herbert Poppe, Lamont Geological Observatory of

Reads cards from a card reader and transfers the characters to
DECtape as an ASCII file compatible with Disk/DECtape
Monitor System. The program runs with the interrupt enabled.
CARD, in effect, allows card input to the PAL-D Assembler,
for example.
