WATSNU has two purposes: to compare current core store and
a binary tape without changing core; and to reload a binary
tape and illustrate locations which are changed in the process.
It is used during debugging to highlight differences between
current program status and the last binary program tape; and
also in the event that a system failure requires a program re-
load in order to provide a trace of conditions at the time of
failure.
