COPY10 reads and writes files between PDP-8 devices (disk,
DECtape, paper tape) and a PDP-10 DECtape. ASCII files
can be read from or written to the PDP-10 DECtape. BIN files
(generated by PAL-10) can also be read. Program also reads
PDP-10 ASCII paper tapes.
