DUMP: General purpose system to dump blocks from DECtape
in both octal and packed ASCII, to transfer blocks from one
tape to another, and to change specific words in a given block.
DECTAP (and FASTAP): One-page subroutines which allow
you to easily read and write blocks of information on DECtapes.
4MAT: This routine is used to format new DECtapes. It is
contained on the RL Monitor System DECtape (DECUS NO.
8-466U0) but not on the paper tape offered for this program.
