The subroutine retrieves the half-words typed into the question marks during the Q & A Subroutine and converts them from decimal to binary. It will do a decimal-to-binary conversion on one to four digits. There may be any number of question marks (1, 2, 3, or 4) and leading zeros need not be typed.
