OK, here's what I found going over the schematic:

E21 pin 11 was connected to MH0, but I think it should be connected to E30 pin 8.  I also moved the gate to sheet 4 (near E30 pin 8).

E21 pin 5 was connected to FUN\, but I think it should be connected to E30 pin 8.

E28 pins 1 and 15 (the enables) were connected to E22 pin 10, but I think they should be connected to E24 pin 12 (PANLOCK).  E33 pin 6 was also moved with them.

E31 pin 1 was connected to E35-Y4, but I think it should be connected to KEYSTB\.

E35 pins 1 and 3 appear to have been swapped.  I moved Pin 1 to DISP2, and Pin 3 to DISP0.

I also did a few more pinswaps to bring the pin usage into alignment with the DEC drawings, and moved gate E22d to sheet 4, near E35-Y4.
