To patch either FRTS.SV or BRTS.SV so that they will work correctly
with all 12K system handlers, do the following:

	.DA 16-JAN-79	.DA 16-JAN-79	(reflect date of the patch)
	.LO FRTS.SV/I$	.LO BRTS.SV/I$  ('$' is ALTMODE or ESCAPE)
	*FPAT$		*BPAT$
	.SA SYS FRTS	.SA SYS BRTS	(doing it twice keeps the
	.SA SYS FRTS	.SA SYS BRTS	 program in the same place)

A new version of BLOAD.SV (dated 16-JAN-79) is also required.  These
patches were part of the 'OS/8 Device Extension Kit' upgrade in 1979.
