LAB8E.PA contains all the routines supporting the LAB8/e configuration (i.e.
the DK8EP clock and Schmitt Triggers, the VC8E 'scope (D/A) interface, the
AD8E A/D and the DR8E parallel I/O card.  Users who have only some of these
options, or who have built similar, but not identical interfaces, can cana-
balize this file for ideas.  The refreshed display is a real tour de force -
almost totally superfluous at this point in time - but kept intact for those
with only a TTY and a CRT at their disposal.
