Added the bulb page, to publish the results of my recent bulb search.

01/18/04 to 02/03/04

Got some W076x and M452x into customer's hands. Reviews are positive, so far. Wish more people would say they were actually using them, though. Still need to follow up on no-shows.

I've been lazy about this log. Did some work with Tim on his machine, looked at disk substitutes, PR8i replacement boards, found a problem in my 8i (no 5V on the back-plane).
