.problem
Timing problem. PLLR IOT with AC=nn set flag
prior to 5ms. Program does not take into
consideration some tty do not have an altmodE
but use an escape key. Program does not run
on an unencoded 663 Cal Comp plotter series.
.solution
Because of different kinds of memory, timing
constants were changed so it takes this
into consideration. Because of tty differences,
program tests for altmode or escape key. Program
changed to test for unencoded or encoded. 8 or 24
vectors plotter series.
