Programs get lost at end of pass and will not restart.
.solution
This prcblem only occurs when an error happens on a pass.
Problem is in routine "ERROR3" DCA to address "MDIRECTIVE"
is to wrong field. Solution NOP's the DCA.
This will be cleared up better in next revision.
