Any attempts to restart diagnostic via "CTRVG" then
"IF" will result in a hung loop when run on a PDP8A
or VT78 with no console.
.solution
Entered a nop so if on a system that has no console
the CAF would not be bypassed. DCA passes so
counter will be at zero again.
