.problem
This diagnostic will not return to the monitor when
Control c is typed because a data pattern is written
into all of field 2 where part of the RL01 and RX02
device handler resides.
.solution
Diagnostic was enhanced so if you had an RL01 or RX02
as system disk you would not overwrite field 2 beyond
7400 and you would be able to return to the monitor
when a Control c is typed.
