Added a define USE_FTIME to palx.c.  When set, the modify time of the
source file is used instead of the current data and time in the listing
and binary output files.  Use 'touch -t [[CC]YY]MMDDhhmm[.ss]' to set the
time to match the originals (or just let the editor update it for new work).
