This is an update version of the PAL cross assembler. See comments at
top of palbart.c for more information.

pal8 is a Linux fc14.i686 executable
pal8.exe is a Windows executable that will run under XP or later
old directory contains various versions I found online
testbench is testcases for verifying proper operation.
