According to TC01-TT-4 in the Field Service Guide, there was a bug in
dec-08-eufb-pb, which caused tapes after the first to be corrupted
slightly, due to an uninitialized variable.  A patch is given, followed
by the assertion that dec-08-udtfa-a-pb	was created to fix the problem.

So, here I have dis-assembled dec-08-eufb-pb, appended the patch, and 
assembled that to create dec-08-udtfa-a-pb.

In addition, I have copied dec-08-eufb-pb to dec-08-udtfa-a-d, as 
the operation of the program is unchanged.
