TDXRDD is a collection. of FORTRAN callable subroutines for
reading PS/8 unformatted data files, such as the output for
ADFTLE (DECUS NO. 8-211a). The subroutines contained in
the package are: INDEX, RDHAN and NAMUD.
INDEX will perform a directory search on a device file
specified at the keyboard by the user in a standard PS/8
command line.
RDHAN allows reference for reading last device handler
specified in a call to INDEX.
NAMUD allows file name specified in INDEX to be incremented
by octal one forming a new file name. Then the device
directory is searched for the new file name.
Minimum Hardware: PDP-12A, TTY, Tapes, Disk
Other Programs Needed: PS/8 monitor
Restrictions: All subroutines must occupy same
LINC segment
