PWALSH and LWALSH are PDP-12 subroutines, written in
PDP-8 mode and LINCmode respectively, which compute the
"natural" Walsh transform of an N=2^K element array of data.
As listed, the programs operate on an array of 256 points
(K=8). Modification for different values of K is described in
the program write-up.
Minimum Hardware: PWALSH: Any PDP-8 or PDP-12;
LWALSH: Any PDP-12
