Options for the PDP-5

A binary loader program occupying 4640₈ to 6177₈ registers,

also 160 to 177. It has two main functions:

1) It allows a PDP-5 operator to read a suitably pre-

pared binary program into any page location in

memory except the registers occupied by BRL.

2) It greatly simpl ifies the call ing of programmed

subroutines by allowing the programmer to use

an arbitary subroutine calling sequence when

writing his program, instead of having to remember

the location of the subroutines.
