DECSW: Decimal Switch

DECSW is a subroutine which accepts the contents of decimal
switches at a remote location and converts the number into
the following forms:
1. As an insert into a BCD string which may by typed
out or displayed on CRT screen.
2. As a floating point number in the floating point
accumulator.
3. As the binary equivalent in the accumulator, if
the number was an integer.
