MTSAFE is a TC-58 version of DECUS No. 8-120, Disk/DECtape

FAILSAFE. It is fairly self-explanatory and incorporates

additional messages for the operator to service the magtape.

Storage Requirement:
SA-0200; occupies 100-1377₈ and

uses 1400-2177₈ as buffer
