This is a modification of the March 2, 1970 version of PALH
which will modify PAL-D in order to accelerate assemblies
from DECtape. It will: 1) number pages during the listing,
2) use a row of dots for pagination, 3) permit pagination both
on-line and off-line and 4) run under the DECtape monitor
or Disk Monitor System.
