Edward A. Taft III, St. Mark's School, Southborough,
Massachusetts
The DF32 Disk can sometimes drop bits in data written on it
and left for a long period of time. There is currently no
MAINDEC available that will allow a test pattern to be
written and checked at a later time (after the computer has
been off For a while, for example, or when the computer has
been moved). The Disk Memory Retention Test is designed to
allow this test to be made.
