The BUZZTAPE READER and WRITER programs can be used to
build an inexpensive magnetic tape system for storage and
retrieval of data or programs. Both the READER and WRITER
occupy locations normally containing BIN. Transfer rate is
about 4 msec per 12 bit word, or about 15 seconds for 4K.
