This is a program to produce a modified PAL III symbolic
program tape from a previous pass 3 tape using the high
speed input-output facilities of the computer. A list of
changes, deletions and insertions are read into core store,
then the pass 3 tape of the symbolic program to be modified
is read on the photo-electric reader and a new symbolic tape
is produced at the high speed punch.
