Abstract: 'QUBIC' plays 3 dimensional Tic-Tac-Toe on an order-4

cube. The program is conversational and uses the Teletype for all I/O.

Moves are typed in as 3 coordinates, and outputted using both coordinates

and a Teletype printout of the playing board. The strategies

employed in playing the game have been found to be extremely good, but

the program can be beaten.
