The purpose of this is to modify the Phoenix Assembler so that
it will accept symbolic programs from the card reader, do all
three passes automatically, load automatically after assembly,
and execute automatically provided no error is found in
assembly. No binary tape is punched.
In general the system is supposed to operate without human
intervention.
