This is an expansion of the present 4 floating-point packages

into 24 different packages having capabilities of basic func-

tions, extended functions, output controller, output formatter

with 4 I/O functions, extended memory referencing ability

and EAE utilization. Also an error in the present normaliza-

tion routine is corrected.
