DATOUT is a routine which enables octal numbers stored
sequentially in the PDP-8 to be output as single precision
positive decimal integers with up to 14 numbers per line and
up to 4096 lines. Provision is made for automatic numbering
of typed lines. Digital's Unsigned Decimal Print is required
to convert and print the numbers.
