This is an overlay to the DEC Editor which provides for mag-
netic-tape text input-output using the Tri-Data CartriFile.
New switch options provide the user with the ability to use
the Teletype, High Speed Punch or Cartri-File as I/O de-
vices. In all other respects, the DEC Editor remains un-
changed.
