This is a revision and correction of the original program
written by John Alderman, It is a single unit Magtape
handler for use with the PS/8 system. Each tape must be
formatted (see DECUS NO. FOCAL8-125a) before use. Tapes
will have a directory and otherwise resemble DECtape in
storage operations. REWIND is invoked when directory block
is searched for.
