This program allows the user to run the program, DECUS NO.

8-144 FFTS-C - A Fast Fourier Transform Subroutine for

Complex Data, on a PDP-8/I Computer which does not have

the extended arithmetic element (EAE) option. All EAE instructions

are replaced by equivalent JMS instructions.
