PIPL

John Alderman, Applied Data Research, Atlanta, Georgia

This is a version of PS/8 PIP, modified to add two options, in
order to be able to label paper tapes with legible symbols
punched into the tapes.

These new options are /M (mark) and /W (write). They are
used with either ASCII or Binary mode file transfers under
PS/8, and usually are intended for direct output onto a paper
tape punch, although any output device is legal.
