BUF10 is a collection of three PDP-8 PAL subroutines which

can be used for doing asynchronous character input/output.

They are also useful for doing any word asynchronous queuing

in other types of programs.

4K PDP-8

Storage Requirement:
1 page for the program and

QUEUE size

Restrictions:
QUEUE size must be <4000₈
