Unencoded Incremental Plotter Subroutine

This subroutine moves the pen of an unencoded plotter
(Benson 110) to a new position along the best straight line.
The pen can be raised or lowered during the motion.
All operations are controlled by JMS instructions. The
accumulator does not specify the operation as in the Digital
S-12-U subroutine.
