MDT - A Mini Debugging Technique

MDT is a small debugging system that resides in the top page
of core. It includes a binary loader, and routines that can
dump core onto the teletype, modify core from the teletype
and punch core in BIN format. It is designed to be quickly
loaded at installations with no high speed I/O device.
