Abstract: Two 35-bit random generators taken from Knuth's "Seminumerical
Algorithms," adapted to the 27-bit format of the PDP-8
FORTRAN/SABR library. The user can preset the starting point of
either sequence by his choice of argument in the calls Y = RAND(X) or
Y = RND(X).
