I have used the PDF listings to reconstruct the PAL source files.  Defines
for the relevant EAE instructions have been added in places where the original
had a blank line.

The reference vc8eb.bn from the decus-8-143,694,732,753,847.0 floppy image
is actually a copy of vc8ec.bn.  Fortunately the file vc8b.bn from the 
rosen-1 floppy image has the correct content for vc8eb.bn.
