Abstract: This is a binary overlay for the OS/8 V3D version of CCL, which implements the command

F(UTIL) DEV:FILE.EX with a number of switches. The command is remembered in remembrance line 6.

Note:Fills some holes in CCL, and Removes "NOT WAR?" message.
