A modified version of FOCAL-69 (8K version) which includes

DECtape I/O through the library command. This I/O is for

non-file structured data. Also includes a FNEW command to

access the data, a modified FADC command for the AF01-A

A/D and a clock and an FPUP command to raise and lower

the pen on an X-Y recorder connected in parallel to the

display.
