This dialect of FOCAL-69 is intended to be a more powerful
superset of FOCAL-69 and is syntactically compatible with it.
Additional features include: multiple subscripted arrays;
line continuation character; conditional "DO;" computed
line numbers; expanded access to internal and external
processor environment.
