Two Overlays for FOCAL '69, FEXP-X-P and FLOG

This program relocates the FOCAL 69 exponential function
into on area of core usually assigned to the high speed reader.
Two new commands are also added to this area. The P com-
mand allows direct programming of full echo-non echo; the X
command allows the removal and replacement of the= and
sign in the output format. About 1100 locations are free to
the FOCAL user. The log function may be added as on option,
and uses 91 locations of FOCAL programming space.
Sine, Cos and arctangent functions are not available.
