Extended Precision Sine and Cosine for 4-word FOCAL

This patch provides sine and cosine routines commensurate
with the extended precision of 4-word FOCAL. Absolute
error for arguments less than 2 pi is less than 3x10-10. The
routine occupies slightly less memory than the original.
