This program overlays 4 word 8K FOCAL to give FOCAL the
use of 661 variables stored in Field 2 (excluding the last
page), No special functions or definitions are necessary - the
overlay in no way affects the normal operation of FOCAL.
It should be particularly useful to PS/8 users with TD8E DECtape
who require a minimum of 12K to make better use of the
core available.
