Simple Chi-Square Test

The program will type out the data matrix and cell contents.
Each cell will contain two values; O = xxx.xxx and E= xxx.
xxx. The "O=" number is the "OBSERVED" value which was
typed in by the user. The "E=" value is the expected value
caI cu I ated by the program. The program will also type out
row sums (RS=) and column sums (CS=), and the grand total
(T=). The last line of output will be "X2=" and "DR=". These
are the CH I-SQUARE and degrees of freedom.
