This appears to be a revision to decus-focal8-52, adding 
several features.

The source documents, as provided to me, had the remnant 
of a slightly older listing at the end of the write-up, 
and the separate document with the newer listing.

It seems to include source for a 2user overlay, which 
may be the one mentioned online.
